These terms and conditions apply to the use of www.rottenpunk.co.uk. On accessing this site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, it is important you read these carefully before placing an order.

Article 1: General
The terms and conditions (“Terms”) contained within this page relate to your rights and obligations in relation to this web site, located at www.rottenpunk.co.uk ("Site") and any goods purchased through the site.
Please read them carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms do not affect those. If there is anything, you do not understand then please contact me.

Article 2: Shopping with Me.
This site and the goods sold through it are subject to change without notice and i reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification. I will inform you of any changes to the advertised goods prior to despatch of such goods.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing me to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to third-party couriers).

I am not obligated to fulfil your order and supply your goods to you until i have confirmed that i have accepted your order and received payment in full. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when i despatch to you the goods which form your order. I reserve the right to reject your order at any time.

The specifications, sizes, images, descriptive content and advertising published by me or contained on my site are issued only for giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and colours shown are intended as a guide only. They do not form part of the Terms. Actual colours may differ due to your own monitor settings, over which i have no control.

All pricing is subject to change without notification. Any such changes will be effective immediately on publication to the site.

Article 3: Moneyback Guarantee and Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to me, every painting that leaves me is checked and checked again to make sure that it is of the highest quality. I will make sure that if you are not satisfied with your order that everything is done to rectify the problem and make sure the customer is 100% happy so that i never receive negative feedback.

I will give you the money back or repaint your picture at no extra cost if the painting was wrong size, colour, or the wrong style.

However, it is down to the individual ordering to ensure the images supplied, chosen colours, notes to the artist and even images of the interiors are supplied, to give the artist maximum insight into your requirements.

If i believe the size you choose is of the wrong proportions, depth or the photograph is not appropriate, i will try and contact you to make you aware. I will try and fulfil your requirements were ever possible but i may alter some of the design aspects without prior notice to keep the composure of your stencil painting. I would only ever do this to make the painting better NOT worse.

If you are unhappy with your painting please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You must clearly state your reasons for rejecting the painting and it will be your responsibility to return the painting to Rottenpunk.co.uk before your refund will be issued.
Stencil paintings are bespoke made to order items and do NOT comply with general returns policy’s.

Article 4: Pricing
All prices are the responsibility of me. I reserve the right to change them at any time.

Article 5: Delivery
It is my aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on Mondays to Fridays within 10 working days of receiving the order. If you require a shorter delivery time you may contact me to request this. Custom made orders – dispatch may vary, however i will agree the delivery date with you prior to contract. I reserve the right to withdraw this offer at anytime or change it in anyway i require without prior notice.

I take great care and attention when packaging your portrait to avoid any damage in delivery. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for dispatch. On receipt all orders will require a signature and the goods must be inspected in front of the courier, if there is any sign of damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, the goods must be refused and returned to the courier.

Any changes take effect immediately on publication to this site.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not included as working days.

Exact delivery dates and times are not provided. Deliveries are dispatched using a 3rd party courier. I currently use Interlink as my main courier and reserve the right to change this without prior notice.

Delivery dates and times are for the mainland UK. Offshore deliveries are subject to long shipping times. I cannot be held responsible for the actions of my couriers and any delays that are incurred due to their actions.

Once the item as left my premises, the delivery address cannot be changed, If you are not in when the item is delivered then it can only be redelivered to that address, If you want to change the address after this then there will be a £5.99 charge, This is down to the courier charging me for redelivery of the item, i do not make any money on redelivery this is the charge passed on from the courier.

Rottenpunk.co.uk will not be liable to the customer or be deemed in breach of this agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of  Rottenpunk.co.uk`s obligations in relation to the goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond my reasonable control. The following shall be regarded as non-exclusive examples of causes beyond Rottenpunk.co.uk`s reasonable control:

• Act of God, flood, explosion, fire or accident.

• War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.

• Acts, restrictions, regulations, byelaws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental, parliamentary or local authority

• Import or export regulations or embargoes.

• Strikes, lock-outs or any other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Rottenpunk.co.uk or of a third party)

• Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery.

• Power failure or breakdown in machinery.

The only language in which i provide these terms of sale is English.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
